It’s been a rough week, and I’ve been prone to negativity lately. My effort to combat the blues: reminding myself of things that make me happy.

Today’s five things:

1. I have a loving and wonderful fiance.

2. I get to see Mom and Beth this weekend for our wedding shower, and people are going to give us stuff! w00t!

3. Ryan and I are getting married in 50 days!

4. I have a good job with bosses that I enjoy working for and student workers that are a joy to supervise (because I hardly have to).

5. I bought a dress pattern today, and I’m excited about sewing a dress from it for work.
